Terms for the site and the sittings

These terms cover your use of thinkcompass.click and any session you book with Think Compass. They were last revised on 21 September 2026.

Who you are dealing with

The official registered business name is Think Compass, established in 2018. The reading room and the desk use the address, phone, and email published on the contact page. When these terms say “we” or “the desk,” they mean that business.

Acceptance

By using the website, sending the contact form, or attending a session, you accept these terms. If you are booking for a colleague, you confirm you may share their name and the signature you intend to study. A visit for a person under 16 is booked by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for that visit.

The website

The site describes the Solana learning library, the three sessions, the posted rates, and the reading room. Rates and hours can change. The page you read on the day you write is the offer the desk will confirm or correct in the reply. A page being online is an invitation to enquire. A seat exists only when the desk has confirmed the time in email.

Sessions

A session is a seated explanation of material you bring or choose from the shelf: one signature, one account map, or one guide. You keep your own accounts and you sign your own messages outside the hour. The reader’s role is to name the fields in the transaction or the guide and to leave you with notes. Explanations are educational. They are a description of a message on a public cluster, and they are not a tax opinion, a legal opinion, or a recommendation to acquire or sell anything.

Intellectual property

The text of the guides, the layout of the printout packets, the wooden-block method, and the site copy belong to Think Compass. You may keep and photocopy the printout from your own sitting for your own records and for the accountant or class you named when you booked. You may not republish a guide, sell the packet, or present the room’s sample signatures as your own course. Public chain data remains public. Our arrangement and commentary on it is ours.

Use of the site

Use the contact form to ask about a real visit. Do not send other people’s private keys, seed phrases, or wallet files. A signature and a cluster name are enough. You agree not to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or misrepresent a reply from the desk as a guarantee of a future transaction’s result.

Bookings and posted rates

Rates on the rates page are informational. The desk confirms the amount in the booking email, including any quote for extra people. A deposit of thirty percent holds the seat. The balance is due when the session starts. Refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are set out on the refund page, which is part of these terms.

Liability

The reading is prepared with care from the transaction retrieved for your signature and from the guides on the shelf. Chain data can be incomplete when a cluster is slow, and a program’s log line can be vague. We are responsible for giving the hour we confirmed. We are not responsible for decisions you make afterward about accounts, filings, or further transactions, or for loss that follows from those decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of Korea does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Incheon, Korea, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another venue.
